Russia has consistently been above the New START warhead level since mid-2014 while deployed U.S. warheads have significantly declined.

Basically once again Russia starts the shit then blames everyone else.. START was the agreement on nuclear weapons which Russia has been ignoring they agreed to it.. but ohh no big bad USA bad... USA aggressor Russia gooood.. The US lived up to the agreement, Russia didn't.. Start now means new arms race.. WTG Russia!
