This weapon and a few others we have in the works are direct result in Russia building what they claim is stealth nuclear missiles as well as the multi warhead nuke missile system.

Basically once again Russia starts the shit then blames everyone else.. START was the agreement on nuclear weapons which Russia has been ignoring they agreed to it.. but ohh no big bad USA bad... USA aggressor Russia gooood.. The US lived up to the agreement, Russia didn't.. Start now means new arms race.. WTG Russia!
