That guy was being a dick, even the woman was telling him to settle down before it happened. The cop beating him in the face after he was down is excessive yes but the guy was asking for it..
IMO, the argument here is do cops need better training to "try" and deescalate the situation before it comes to that..Maybe the cop should of stepped back once or twice, trying to reason with him before the dramatics. IMO cops are way too fucking gung-ho which leads to much of these problems..
On the other hand did anyone see the one in CO? The cop fucking body slammed some chick that couldn't of weighed 110lbs. He just straight up slammed her to the ground on cement and this is a 200+lb dude..
She was white though so it didn't make much lasting news..
