cool, but what point he would have in doing that ? better to trade and maintain status quo than make enemies everywhere...its not XIV century anymore...these days you win wars on the west with information, diversion, disinformation, trade influence etc. and little small infrastructure sabotage here and there..in worst case
this is what I would do at least, maybe because I'm not crazy as some politicans and world leaders are ;-)
