Isn't the answer obvious? Its for the same reason that almost every terrorist in Germany is called mentally ill rather than a terrorist and for the same reason that the BBC online managed to report on this attack as well as list every terrorist attack by transport or lorries in Europe but NOT ONCE MENTION ISLAM OR MUSLIMS, they don't want people to wake up and realise what a disaster cultural enrichment was/is/will be.
