Syria is a failed state and should longer qualify as a sovereign country. Half of its territory is now controlled by the so called "Islamic State" which is recognized by no one.

Anyways, Obama made the same constitutional violation in Libya in 2011. So did Clinton in Yugoslavia. I assume you were just as concerned about the US constitution in those cases, right?
