Received an update: seems it's a temporary situation, while they clean out their program of dead affiliates and make some changes. They told me stats are still tracking and payouts will proceed as normal. They hope to have updated program back online by May 1st.
I've never had any issues with them in past, so keeping my links up and see how it evolves.
