I dont know specifically who is behind this one but several porn companies and individuals are suing Pornhub and or MindGeek. and it makes sense...they ALWAYs settle because they know they will lose. Everyone who has sued MindGeek for infringement has walked away with cash....in the form of a settlement. I have been happy to supply a lot of people with ex MindGeek employees who will testify under oath that MindGeek approves every single video before it goes up so the user submitted content defense wont hold up. I have, in writing MindGeeks policy for those whose job is to approve or not the videos submitted copyright infringment is NOT on the list of reasons to not approve.
