In fact he changed a good amount of his external links into internal links under the path "/go", and then he applied redirects to this internal pages. It means that if you get a backlink from theporndude.com Google will not calculate it because theporndude.com hides it to Googlebot using script links. In few words what he shows to Googlebot instead of your link is an internal nofollow link.

So when he does some reciprocal linking deal he is tricking the other webmasters?
YES, it has been confirmed! When I asked to one of the webmaster with who he had a reciprocal linking deal he confirmed me what i guessed: HE IS TRICKING THE OTHER WEBMASTERS!
