They do say (really talking about paid advertising links, but it should be the same, the whole page is about how to avoid passing page rank):

I might be wrong since this is not PPC, but I cannot se it is much different? Corrections are welcome if I have misunderstood.

Hello xxx6live, first than all thanks for your reply.
To automatically nofollow the links under the path "/go" is not a problem and also to use script links is allowed. The problem is that theporndude.com is using INTERNAL REDIRECTS to show to Google a different version of his site. In fact, in theporndude these "/go" internal links are used to hide Google the external links he has. The reason he does that is to disguise A-B reciprocal links (more than 50), links to websites in other languages (E.G. brasiltudoliberado .com and links to those websites he thinks could be affected by malware (E.G. sexu .com) and so on. All these kind of links are bad for Google, so that he though was a clever idea to hide them.
Please ask if you have any additional doubt concerning this matter.
