Short update - ~12 hours after my second phone call yesterday I received this:

We've re-reviewed your unauthorised payment claim and we're satisfied that the correct decision was made. We're unable to consider this to be an unauthorised payment.
We understand that this may be frustrating for you, but at this time we can only advise contacting the recipient to try to find a resolution.

LOL, so I am fucked :D
I don't give a flying fuck, it is Springtime!
But lesson learned: NO balance on paypal, when I receive something I withdraw to bank immediately.
On the other hand: Paxum emailed me a few days after the fiasco and they said although they can't reverse the transactions they are giving me back my stolen 55 USD
