We just point out when he gets cranky and people stop responding to him. If you trail him enough he gets the point and chills out, sometimes it takes longer than usual. I honestly don't think he realizes how manic he's being responding with hate to so many posts over and over. Then he gets the point, chills out a day or two, then forgets and goes off the rails again.
