ive been with nn for over 5+ years. They have excellent support and service thats why i stick with them. Their techs go above and beyond for me. But, i think a complete outage was probably avoidable especially with redundant backups and most likely seemed due to human error. Thats the frustrating part especially when this happend a few years ago as well.
