Are you in EU? If so, it's probably safer to go with ccbilleu.

I use Verotel, they're a fairly good processor, but be prepared to wait literally days for replies to emails. There have also been a couple of significant outages where they misreported the extent of the downtime, or didn't report it at all.

Those are the two major probs I've had with them. On the plus side, they accept a much wider range of cards (and countries), and they also offer some extra payment methods like direct debit (netherlands, germany and austria) plus the EU equivalent of 1-900 billing.
