I know nothing of this road or the bridge or whatever but it seems to me something like a road at spaghetti junction caching fire and all the other roads being affected.
Pretty sure looking at the maps you posted there are other ways to get to your destination. It may be a lot busier than normal but people will find a way.
You can't speculate how long it will take to repair. Normally with situations like this the government will throw it's weight behind it and get it done in several weeks.
