Webmaster sentenced 1 year prison term - violation of US Patriot Act
Synopsis: a surfer (not the webmaster) posted info on how to make a bomb on his site.
"...a protest guide (which I didn't author)... was posted to my site which a small portion contained information on explosives."
"I was convicted for felony; distribution of information related to explosives with intent, and sentenced to 1 year in federal prison with 3 years supervised release."

It looks like a simple post is probably not gonna get you a prison term no matter what it says. This guy liked to goad the system, he attended protests, hung out with radical anti government types, so they got him. This is a lesson on "don't moon the giant."
