Have you ever been sued by the people you've screwed over? If not then you're an opportunist.
A con man is sloppy, gets caught, gets sued, and has to pay out. A couple months ago Trump paid out $25 million in a federal consumer fraud class action suit. He's had over 1,500 lawsuits and paid out on 40% of them.
