If they were Mexican-American families they wouldn't be broken up because that would mean they are legal.
I think what you meant to say is illegal immigrant families. Some of these people have been in the US for 20 years and used their anchor babies to stay here under Hussein. Many years to get legal and we are supposed to feel sorry for the consequences they face for ignoring our laws.
