It's not a question of legality, but morality.
One of the top content producers (still today) used to produce nude photographs of underage girls.
When they were confronted on AWI (back somewhat 20 years ago) their excuse was that it was "ART" and legal.
So according to some of you, it is okay to display this "ART" on a website intended for adults only because it is legal?
If murdering people was legal, would it be okay to go around murdering?
