This depends on the local laws. For example, in Germany incest is a crime which is punished by a prison time (even if it's between a brother and a sister). In my country incest is not a crime if the participants are over the age of consent (16+) or both of them are below that age. And course if it's by a mutual agreement (no rape etc). Anyways I don't understand why it has became a mainstream nowadays..
