It doesn't really matter to me if she runs or not. Personally, I don't think she would. Her 2016 loss probably hit her really hard.
The democratic party is in a complete mess. Whoever runs in '20 needs to be really, really strong. I doubt Hillary will run. I'd love to see Biden run and win, but I don't think he will run either. Maybe Chuck Shumer? Who knows...
