you are right - but you canīt blame obama for that - he always wanted to get more from them who are driving their money in trucks but he was stopped from the majority in senate and congress.
the big problem is that the real rich ones do not care if amercia is bankrupt or not (what it is in fact) they will press it out like a lemon.
so yes - USA have a problem with the power of this so called establishment but trump is the last person who can or even WANT to fix that because he is part of this mafia.
