btw, I am by no means a liberal. I am a libertarian. please kindly wake up and see what a failure the "war on drugs" is.
It actually helps to fund terrorism and failed states like North Korea. they do a roaring trade exporting black market heroin that eventually ends up in the West.
All of them can be wiped out over night if we treated addicts rather than leaving them at the mercy of the black market (who include such delightful ingredients such as rat poison in their heroin products).
