you can never trust the US gov or military...war inc. is becoming the top export and you have to stand firm to racketeers and terrorists and arm the fuck up...the 3rd world learned this the hard way opting for non-aligned and it paid the price...
when the USA starts scaling down USIS then you can think about scaling down your nuclear or bacteria efforts...until then you can expect a drone invasion or robot army to visit your country in the near future to "protect america" or what ever the fuck the excuse will be in the future...
you can trust individual americans, most are really nice people, but never ever ever ever ever, under any circumstances, on any drugs or drunken stupor should you consider trusting the US gov or army...it is more cost effective to develop weapons of mass destruction than to wait for USIS to visit you because "Reasons"...
china should point its nukes at US bases and allies in the region and stand firm...not budge one single millimeter...get like 1.000.000 people to march towards said US bases and ask asylum...put on the hurt financially and the USIS will leave them alone and go bully some weaker opponent...you have to cut US foreign policy in the root...not let it infect your region
