This is one hot potato that will cost a lot of seats in the house. The proposed changes will not go into effect until calendar year 2018 -- that is the mid-terms election year.

What do you think will happen? The effective date will be pushed forward to 2021+ after the next general election possibly.

I don't expect any radical change in the immediate future -- it would be political suicide. Wouldn't it be something if Trump vetoes any obamacare repeal bill The ultimate flip-flop ...
