The states will have to cut Medicaid or raise state taxes or individual counties will have to raise money with higher property taxes -- renters have property tax increases passed through in rent hikes.
Costs will just be transfered to the states.
You will be taxed to pay for the lower income groups and the poor. Your costs if you are not subsided will go up it you are over 35. Meantime, Trump wants $54 Billion more for the military.
This may get nowhere as the GOP will fragment badly < this is what I expect. That and the red-hats will toss Trump like a dirty shirt if, and when, they get the bill for this.
