I can't think of any time in my life that people had "faith" in the presidency, institutions, and voting system.
Every candidate in recent history has run AGAINST those things.
Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan...ALL ran against Washington D.C. and vowed to "Fix" it because it's "broken".
And people voted for them hoping that would be true.
No...if you have "faith" in politicians...then you just haven't lived long enough to know better yet. Don't worry, after a few election cycles under your belt...you'll come to realize that despite what the politicians said when they campaigned, nothing will ever change or get better.
Then you'll be looking for your own "Trump" (not necessarily the same policy's, but a person who is an outsider).
