keep on Paypal's ass on this -- they are probably your only recourse.
I would lean hard on Paypal -- the problem is proving delivery of digital goods.
But Paypal SPECIFICALLY prohibits its use for the delivery of adult content -- there may be no recourse at all. You both were in violation of the Paypal TOS and AUP.
