It's my understanding that the PayPal account is not his. It's probably the girls. They probably spent it and it would appear that Brian does not have the ability to pay people back.
I thought I was ordering content from Brian, not some weird "brokerage" with unreliable unknowns (the girls in question.) Bizarre situation.
