What about this then? I gave a customer a refund, he still has not recieved it (though it still got docked off our account). I dont trust these stormpay guys, nope.

Just remember that, because it means they ate the money. They did not give the customer his money back, and they docked it out of our account. $150 bucks. A message board post might be good on that one...

Oh yes, this means that we both get screwed, because they deducted that money off our account.

To Chris: Keep this in mind about stormpay.... refunds seem to 'disappear'.

Hi Steve, have you tried contacting stormpay? The money you paid was no longer in our account the moment I submitted for a refund, though I must say stormpay has not been user friendly to us either. There is nothing more I can do, but what I do know is that they sent me a cheque by mail when we did get our first (and last cheque) from them.

On my end the best I can do is give you extra compensation as in long term website membership.

I'm guessing they refund your credit card you used? Usually with our main processor ccbill it takes 7-10 days for it to reflect on their card. But its the first time I've done it with stormpay.
