Um, OBVIOUSLY there's at least the question of to what extent there was Russian influence. The FBI, CIA, NSA, and the rest of our country's top intelligence agencies would'nt be fucking investigating it if there was, as you say, "no Russian influence". These agencies don't just investigate things for fun.

Also, here's some light reading for you on the influence matter from the very much non-liberal Wall Street Journal:

https://www.wsj.com/articles/donald-...sia-1483728966

MUCH more has come to light since that article, too, bear in mind.

Paul Manafort left Trump's campaign as chief of staff because of the exposure he'd had with Russian oligarchs in consultation work he did there. It was to dispel the question of whether or not there was some level of influence or the possibility of there being some.

And his campaign promises??

The wall: Mexico will not pay for it, it's going to be astronomically expensive (which no fiscal conservative will agree to spend $$ on), Trump himself has said parts of it will be "more like a fence".

Illegal immigrants: his first executive order was ruled to be unconstitutional, mass deportations (even if he got the courts to go along with it - which they won't) would require an entire new branch of gov't to handle it - and also cost millions upon millions of dollars to do just once.

Investigating/charging Hillary Clinton: he's not doing it just because he's decided to be nice, he quite literally won't because there's not enough 'there' there. Otherwise they would've continued.

Economy: sure, the stock market's doing great right now, but that is NOT creating jobs for lower to middle class Americans. For example, yes, Trump got the Bakkan pipeline construction restarted, but NOT with U.S. steel like he'd promised. Also, those jobs building it will be for a little over a year, maybe two. Then we'll see mass amounts of folks unemployed and/or homeless just like what happened up in North Dakota after natural gas infrastructure was finished.

That's just a start.
