Meanwhile, the conservative narrative has always been about ideologies. Rather than looking at what the facts tell you, you instead attempt to find facts to tell you the narrative you want to hear.
A perfect example is global warming and man's effect on it. The minute someone mentions GW you 99.9% of righties will tune it out because you guys have made up your mind. Rather than looking at science and what the majority of scientist say all over the world you guys choose to believe in conspiracies and willfully accept any information at all, no matter where it came from as long as it supports your ideology.
The entire world understands man has had an effect on speeding up global warming, yet you righties still to this day think it's all about some giant conspiracy to make money. First you guys claimed it was all Al Gore and selling carbon credits, now it's was the Chinese who invented it so they can sell solar panels.
Whenever your argument becomes too ridiculous to support you twist it up a bit and start off like you never changed a thing or were ever wrong.
This is exactly what you righties can never win against fact & logic. Because facts and logic always poke holes in your ideologies and you are forced to twist and bend and then start over arguing like you were never wrong.
Honestly I don't think you guys even realize you do this.. It's a normal thinking behavior for you. It's the same thing when dealing with Religious people. They aren't accepting something because of facts or scientific proof but rather what they want to believe and have faith in. It works the same way, because the more you try to argue that something biblical is fake the more they will double down and see proof in anything they can grasp onto..
By proving they are wrong you are shattering their faith and faith is the only thing which holds ideologies together.
The difference from the rest of us, is if science suddenly proved that man really didn't have an effect because it was the moon's fault or Uranus, we would be ok with that and admit it. Meanwhile, there is never anything that will change your minds, because your mind was made up before facts ever came into play.

you really live in an alternate reality if you think the shit you post comes even close to 'truth and logic'
The corrupt Washington clique who control the Bushes, the Clintons and Obama control you through their huge for-profit media businesses you naively see as "objective news".
Because Trump has really pissed them off by attacking these precious tools to control the mind of the sheep, they collectively declared war against him, debunking anyone who isn't in their media cartel, and that's how the "fake news" narrative was born.
Now Trump is using that term in turn against them, and ironically that term has a lot more merit describing these huge businesses spreading their propaganda for their personal gain, than it is describing the smaller independent media: Independent media don't have a huge corporate agenda behind them like these big, pissed off dogs have.
If you'd choose which media to trust, common sense and logic should tell you the huge for-profit conglomerates with political special interests and donors like CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, NYT, etc, should be at the bottom of your list. It's all filtered and spun to influence you in favor of their agenda.
When you wake up you can see the big picture. I can identify propaganda within a nanosecond. That's why i don't watch the news or talk shows on TV anymore.
