I would suggest that it might be a good idea ( call me old fashioned ) for the Commander in Chief to convene regular meetings of all the people who would be able to turn him into one of the most well informed individuals on the planet.

started by illegalize prostitution, after that they changed the law and the MOST rapes are between husband and wife . if you touch your swedish wife and she say no and you touch her again you are already a raper and go to jail.
and last not least they have one of the hardest porn filters since 2012 .
if you look at the numbers and compare them with all this activities you find out that the problem is a homemade one and in regards to swedish people and not to immigrants.
but sure they have also rapes from immigrants but in compare to their "own" rapes is this their smallest problem.
