The gay community throws the "boy" label around quite loosely. Whereas a 25-year-old straight male would never be referred to by females as a boy. And the title could easily go beyond 25 depending on physical appearance. So when Milo talks about men dating "boys" he isn't talking about child molestation. He was talking about the benefits some recently legal gay "boys" experience dating someone older.
