He hasn't changed the Constitution. He has handled it his own way. This is what the Russian Constitution of 1993 says: Russian Constitution (use Google translate): "The same person can not hold the office of President of Russian Federation for more than two consecutive terms."

Putin did not change it. The Constitution does not explain the meaning of "consecutive". Does it mean if you were a president of Russia during two consecutive terms, you can not participate in the elections anymore - for life? Or maybe it means that you can not be elected just for the 3rd consecutive term, but can do it after a break?

Maybe you can explain it to me, because it seems your knowledge of Russian is much better that mine

P.S. Everything you guys know about Russia, you get from the Western media. And course 90% of that "knowledge" is a fake info. You just get fed with a propaganda and you eat it because you are very confiding - a sweet dream for any manipulator.
Well, that's what media said and i didnt had reason to object it. If you say how he just ignored it, then why he let Medvedev to run for president then ? Or he did it in style of how prostitution is illegal but nobody gives a damn about it.
