So at my desk, I take calls from a desktop phone, skype calls, and my cellphone. I'm looking for a great wireless bluetooth headset with multipoint or advanced multipoint that will let me take calls from at least the phone, and then either my mac or iphone.

Apple Airpods won't work because while I can pair to my mac and iphone at the same time, I can't pair to the mac AND the desk phone at the same time.

I tried a Plantronics Legacy but its full of noise, and drops calls from 1 device when I receive a call on the other. (Supposedly, Advanced Multipoint solves this).

It can't use the MS/Skype PC Dongle for Skype, as I'm on a Mac.

Suggestions appreciated!
