Maybe a review should have been done, but even if it was reviewed,it's still a TD. Only the tip of the ball needs to he over the white line for it to be a TD.
And it was PI..the defender had his arm in the receiver's chest before the ball got there. Doesn't matter what the receiver was doing. |
