1) Make text readable ( Verdana size 1-2 )
2) Dont use so bright colors
3) Keep your site clean
4) It should work not only 800X600
5) Find a new designer
6) Even you html code looks like you wrote if after some serious hang over, or used shitty redactor (front page or smth)
7) If you are going to make money from this site - hire people who can do it.
P.S. I don't want to offence you at any way, just friendly suggestions. At this point the site looks really gay
