Trump is surrounding himself with very corrupt amoral people, and Steve Bannon who is fuelled by hate & has an insatiable thirst for power.
If Trump really is as Stern says, then someone is making him act way out of character and likely has something on him that he personally sees as so big that he's willing to do anything he's told for people not to find out.
He created this reality for himself and it will be interesting to see how it turns out for him.
