At my day job we have a firewall that blocks porn sites so I can't check stats , message boards etc..

Is there any software that would let me blast through the firewall or surf adult sites undetected ?

Also is there anything I can do to detect if they are sniffing around on my computer at work looking for downloaded pics, mp3's etc?
