Not sure why everyone always equates Calif with liberals - Im sure that some of the big cities lean that way - but the rest of Calif is more redneck than what I saw living in Mississippi - weekends they spend out on the riverbeds testing bombmaking skills and shooting off tons of guns...just my personal observations when I lived there
