There are bikers and then there are the bikers who dress up in the costume. The ones trying to be the goodie two shoes are the ones wearing the costume.. ie the Baddog/vendillza types. They want to ride a motorcycle and think they need to "look" like they are gang members..
It's like when people riding hoses and think they need to dress up like cowboys..
