Mattis, and the rest, are lying to get appointed. Trump doesn't bring on people that aren't 100% behind him and do exactly as he says, Trumps ego will accept nothing less.

Doing the oil deal with Russia would be rewarding Putin for interfering with our election. Everyone in congress knows this is what Putin wants we'll see if they have the strength to deny him that.

Exxon's 63.4 million miles of drilling rights in Russia forbidden because of sanctions, billions lost last year. Exxon's Tillerson will be new Secretary of State and can lift the sanctions and give the company he's been at 41 years exactly what they want.

Bush was big business and oil Republican president as well. Put the pieces together.
