You obviously have no grasp on what is going on. We are way beyond the single report and the FBI at this point. You believe some idiot on 4Chan because that's what you want to believe and you have no grasp on reality or are extremely un-informed.
There are multiple reports out there. The 35 page report was not created by a 4chan idiot, he changed a few things on an existing report and it got linked around the internet. That's not the report the FBI/CIA are using..
You should actually read some of the articles and follow whats going on before you get trolled by 4chan idiots again..
