Honestly the only way Trump would be scared of a sex tape, is if it involved underage children or was gay sex. If it was just hookers he wouldn't give a shit because it would pump up his ego.. It wouldn't really shake any of his base or get him impeached. The religious right doesn't like him as it is they just voted for him because he was Republican..
If they are blackmailing him, it's something to do with dirty business deals laundering money or gay/underage sex. Shit that could actually get him put in jail.
