I think what this guy is saying is 007 made it up because of a technical analysis he had sent to bloomberg in the past. Meaning he thinks he got his name from that analysis. Also this guy states he hasn't even lived in Russia for 15 years. Grant it that doesn't mean he couldn't be a Russian spy but given the circumstances likely just another innocent bystander...
