Here's the deal:
1) UMWA Miners enjoy awesome medical benefits until the day they die and even then, their surviving spouse will continue to have them.
2) If they are speaking about the cash stipend that was awarded for miners with black lung, that has absolutely NOTHING to do with Obamacare. I'm very familiar with black lung benefits and Miners health insurance. Check The Black Lung Act of 1973..... and you will see that this was a federal law nearly 40 years before Obamacare.
I think this may just be a few miners who are trying to game the system by trying to get benefits they don't deserve!! And of course the Clinton news network CNN tries to blame Trump. I'm surprised it's not Russia's fault somehow lol
