Hosted Tube as domain parking isn't what it used to be and has never really paid well for adult anyway.
I personally haven't parked any domains in quite a while and own hundreds of them as prefer using my own domain sales pages with my own ads on them. Can use
Bodis Uniregistry or
Efty for sales pages if ya don't wanna do your own.
If ya have to park outta the good handful of accounts I haven't used in a while would guess
Parking Crew Uniregistry and
Domain Sponsor probably pay the most these days based on past performance if ya can get an account at those.
