Choker, I don't agree with you paying zero for traffic that doesn't have 'en' in the browser language. I get credit card signups on my sites from Japan, Italy and even India. Yes, the value of non-en traffic is generally lower to most paysites, but it is certainly not zero!
It's a double bonus - you save on bandwidth costs (now serving a 302 redirect instead of a gallery/headers/TGP), plus you make money from the paysites that non-en surfers are sent to. We still get $0.
I don't think it's practical to assume that every TGP webmaster will be able to prefilter their traffic.
I also think you're a very smart guy who understates what he really makes from this.
