I think porn sites, the good ones anyway, are a lot less intrusive than mainstream sites and always will be. There are some bad publishers who really just work to margin and double pop, throw in 12 ads per page on a tube site and call it a day. Then there are publishers who care about growth and quality of surfer experience, they keep ads to a minimum, don't allow anything nefarious on their sites and are on top of the ad networks to keep things clean as possible.

We refuse to work with the guys who have shitty content to ad ratio and focus only on serious business people who understand that ads have to be limited to ensure everyone makes some money.

If you are going to a porn site and your experience is shit, there is 10,000 other porn sites to choose from. Same goes for selling ad space, you don't have to take on every shit client just to make 10% or 20%, whatever you charge, be selective and your advertisers will appreciate it and support you in return.
